Quiet Few Months

This week the new season begins and since domestic rugby ended back in May we've seen New Zealand lose in the Commonwealth Games Sevens for the first time, Dragons reach the final of Premiership Sevens at their first attempt, Mark Anscombe sacked, rugby's fantastic response to Owen Williams' tragic accident, the All Blacks rack up a record Bledscoe win, London Welsh sign 25 players, Blues sign Adam Jones from under their rivals noses, WRU and regions finally make peace, Simon Easterby leave Scarlets for the Irish national team, a new Pro 12 sponsor, England's Women win the World Cup in France, Sky announce a new Pro 12 and an incredibly unpredictable Wales tour of South Africa.

Other than that, it's been pretty quiet really.
